The winning team will be determined by the highest cumulative score, with ties broken by big fish (then second biggest, third, etc.) On Saturday night, March 30, the winning team will be presented with plaques and split a $10,000 (minimum, guaranteed) Top Team Challenge Cup First Place Prize. Additional amounts and number of places paid out will be based on the final number of sponsored teams. If one of the team members goes on WIN the 2019 KBF National Championship, then an additional $10,000 TEAM BONUS will be awarded to the team. The winning team will be highlighted in the 2019 KBF National Championship TV television show on Sportsman Channel and through all KBF social media assets. The team’s photograph and sponsors’ logo(s) will be featured on the KBF Website’s Home Page alongside the 2018 KBF Angler of the Year and the 2019 KBF National Champion. In addition, the entire winning team will be offered the opportunity to join Chad Hoover for an episode of Kayak Bassin TV.
We are pleased to announce our selection for the Top Team Challenge Cup at the 2019 KBF National Championship. These anglers have proven their consistency in the Kayak Bass Fishing world with several having a breakout year.

Brent Lanier
Bio — Born and raised in Jackson, MS. Growing up my father was a tournament fisherman. I got to experience tournament weigh-ins at a very young age and even fished such lakes as Toledo Bend, Lake Bruin and Ross Barnett very early in my life. Once I was old enough I joined the Air National Guard and crossed over into the Air Force full time 5 years later. I have fished all over the country for many different species. In 2006 I moved to Tennessee which I now call home. I love living in this area as there are so many options on fishing. From small creeks and rivers to well know Bass lakes that the Tour Pros fish regularly we have it all here. I now am the Tournament Director for Central TN Kayak Anglers and sit on the state board for KAST.

Adam Riser
Bio — Adam Riser was raised in the sleepy town of Florence, Alabama. Like many anglers before him, fishing the many creeks, rivers, and streams that are abundant in the region was commonplace as a child. While living in California, Adam discovered the world of fishing from a kayak. After returning to Nashville, TN in 2015, he immediately jumped into the local tournament scene and hasn’t looked back since.

Cameron Gatlin
Bio — Born and raised in the state of Tennessee, my family and I currently live in Chattanooga, TN. We have a 10yr old daughter (Jonah) and a 6yr old son (Riley). I grew up in a little town in West TN called Humboldt. I started fishing with my grandmother when I was five and knew right away that I would forever want to fish. Later on I have competed in several tournaments and have gotten a little taste of victory. I’ve been competing in kayak tournaments since 2013 and have recently started fishing in the FLW. I really enjoy the competition but most of all I really love the fellowship along with meeting new people.
